We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Finance team as a Financial Performance Analyst. You’ll be responsible for leading the analysis of Severn Trent Water and Hafren Dyfrdwy Non-Household revenue of c.£500m per annum, providing commercial, operational and financial performance insight and decision support for senior stakeholders.
Reporting into the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role comes at a critical time with the financial, settlement and customer processes which are undergoing significant transformation with the introduction of BR-MeX, the Business Retail Experience ODI.
You'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours per week.

You will bring substantial experience in financial analysis, with a proven ability to deliver strategic insights and influence decision-making at a senior level.
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build credible relationships across the business are essential. Experience of regulated revenue, and a wholesaler/retailer market would be advantageous.
The role requires a commercially minded individual with a solid understanding of control processes, capable of managing high workloads and driving performance improvements through data-led insight.
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA) with strong MS Office skills.
