Qualifications

  • Experience in a finance officer/manager role is essential.
  • AAT Level 3 is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel are required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain financial recording systems.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
  • Review expenditure and assist with cost reductions.
  • Accurately process weekly payments for staff salaries.
  • Manage petty cash system.
  • Liaise with external auditors.
  • Ensure legal requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Key contact for queries and account updates.

Finance Officer / Manager Responsibilities :
  • Manage and maintain financial recording systems
