You will handle cashflow forecasts, payroll processing, and maintain compliance with external agencies. Qualifications

  • Experience in finance management or office management.
  • Strong accounting skills and bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate monthly management accounts.
  • Manage cashflow forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Produce weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Manage Sales & Purchase Ledger and credit control.
  • Process payroll and related submissions.
  • Complete bank and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HMRC.

Skills

Experience in a similar Finance Manager / Office Manager role
Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
High proficiency in Excel and accounting software

Job description
What You’ll Be Doing :


  • Preparing accurate monthly management accounts

  • Working closely with external accountants

  • Managing short- and long-term cashflow forecasts and annual budgets

  • Producing weekly and monthly financial reports

  • Managing Sales & Purchase Ledger, credit control and payment runs

  • Processing payroll and related submissions

  • Completing bank, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations

  • Producing accounts up to trial balance and submitting VAT returns

  • Acting as the main point of contact for HMRC and other external bodie

  • Supporting office administration, basic HR and operational tasks

  • Providing direct support to the Managing Director



What We’re Looking For :


  • Experience in a similar Finance Manager / Office Manager role

  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge

  • High proficiency in Excel and accounting software

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Positive, flexible and hands-on approach
