The Sales & Service finance team are business partners for the Chief Operating Officer's function, which encompasses Supply Chain (SC), Service Operations (SO), CMC (Customer Management Centre), Retail, and Online channels. Additionally, the role collaborates with the wider Sales & Service team to accomplish growth ambitions.
Reporting to the Head of Finance – this position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of SC, SO & CMC business outcomes through managing the performance update process identifying key opportunities and challenges.
Managing key processes for the team, the role is responsible for the forecasting process, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders of expected outcomes and actively challenging forecasts to enhance accuracy.
