The Finance Manager will oversee crucial financial processes, supporting cash flow, compliance, and timely business information. Responsibilities include managing the finance team, leading month-end processes, generating ad hoc reports, and contributing to strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, purchase ledger, and cash management.
• Lead the month-end close process and generate ad hoc reports.
• Review and enhance systems and processes for efficiency.
• Manage stock holding and ensure VAT compliance.
• Liaise and coordinate the year-end audit.
• Train and develop team members for smooth processes.
• Contribute to financial strategy decisions.
