A leading low-cost airline in Luton is seeking a Finance Manager for Ancillary and Commercial Proposition. This role involves providing financial leadership and partnering with stakeholders to drive revenue and margin improvements. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical and communication skills, alongside at least 3 years' post-qualification experience. You’ll join the Ancillary, Customer & Marketing Finance team – a central partner to Proposition, Ancillary Trading, Customer and Marketing. The team plays a key role in shaping revenue growth, evaluating new initiatives, supporting digital and customer improvements, and advising on marketing and commercial investments. You’ll be part of a collaborative and energetic six person team reporting to the Senior Finance Manager for Ancillary Revenue, Customer & Marketing, with direct line management of one Finance Analyst.
As Finance Manager – Ancillary and Commercial Proposition, you will provide financial leadership, insight and challenge across a broad commercial portfolio. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders to support trading performance, evaluate new propositions and drive revenue and margin improvements.
This full time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
