Hours: Monday to Friday – 09.00am until 17.00pm

Our client is seeking an experienced proactive Finance Manager to join their healthcare organisation on a 6–month fixed–term contract. This pivotal role supports a period transformation, ensuring accurate financial reporting, partnering with operational teams, and driving process improvements initiatives.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager:

  • Month–End Close: Lead process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Reconciliations: Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations per standards.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with teams to deliver insights and support decisions.
  • AP Oversight: Support Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Systems & Tools: Use Sage 50; leverage BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis.
  • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to strengthen processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications needed for the Finance Manager role:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Experience in healthcare sector (preferred)
  • Strong technical proficiency in Sage 50, BI tools, and Microsoft Excel.
