About the Role

As Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead on financial management and planning across the organisation
• Support our Finance Director and Management Team with clear financial insight
• Oversee budgets, management accounts and annual statutory accounts
• Guide and develop the Finance team, ensuring effective controls and compliance

What We're Looking For

Must have:

• Qualified accountant (or working towards with relevant experience)
• Strong finance management skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Excellent ICT and Excel skills
• Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach

Desirable (not essential):

• Experience in the housing sector or with a Registered Social Landlord
• Experience in financial modelling, payroll and pensions
