My client has a vacancy for a Finance Manager to join its thriving business to take a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of its business. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of five across finance and debt management, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and forward-looking financial insight to support strategic decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role following the departure of their long‑standing Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with FCA regulations (highly desirable)
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and Excel skills
• Experience producing management accounts, forecasts, and board‑level reporting
• Strong leadership abilities with team management experience
• AAT Level 4 qualified, with progression towards CIMA or ACCA desirable
