Overview

The Finance Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership of Belmont Park School finances and core business services. Working closely with the Headteacher, the role ensures the school meets its educational aims while overseeing financial, administrative, facilities and operational aspects of the school.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the highest standard of business practice across all school finance functions.
  • Strategically develop and manage the school's financial, administrative, facilities and operational aspects.
  • Ensure excellent financial management, planning and forecasting to support educational objectives.
Qualifications

  • Finance qualification or similar accreditation.
  • Experience as a School Business Manager or in a similar organisation.
About the School

Belmont Park School is a specialist school for students aged 11‑16, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) with a primary need of social, emotional and mental health (SEMH). Many students also have co‑occurring diagnoses such as ADHD, autism and anxiety. The school is trauma‑informed, relational and committed to evidence‑based approaches, meaningful connections with learners and relentless progress.
