The role involves full finance function exposure, ERP/BI projects, cash management, and leading a team of three in Accounts Payable. Reporting to the Finance Director, this position offers growth and development opportunities.

Role Overview:
As a Finance Manager, you'll lead technical accounting, ensure BI tools generate accurate reports, prepare financial statements, liaise with auditors, and work with the Finance Director for accurate reporting. You'll oversee accounts payable and cash operations, and lead, train, and develop your team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical accounting, including acquisition integrations and tax
  • Ensure BI tool accuracy and control
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and manage group consolidations
  • Coordinate with auditors during year-end
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director for accurate reporting and policy implementation
  • Manage accounts payable and cash/bank operations
  • Lead and develop a team of three in accounts payable

Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience in large accounting practice
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and process expertise
  • Success in PE and acquisition integration
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
