Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA or ACCA with at least 5 years post-qualified experience.
• Experience in a fast-growing tech company preferred.
• Experience in migrating accounting systems successfully.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Expert level of Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial model and strategy of the business.
• Build and motivate a strong finance team.
• Manage migration to new accounting system while ensuring accurate reporting.
• Lead production of timely monthly management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory reporting obligations.
• Maintain and update financial models and budgets.
• Ensure tax compliance and timely submissions.
• Assist in audit processes and maintain records.
