The Role

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a market-leading finance practice that is expanding its London presence in line with broader international growth. Working alongside senior lawyers and partners, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex, cross-border finance matters, while contributing to the continued development of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality, commercially focused advice across a range of finance transactions.
• Managing client relationships and supporting strategic business development initiatives.
• Collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver seamless, coordinated service.
• Contributing to know-how development, client presentations, and training.
• Ensuring efficient matter management, cost control, and meeting utilisation targets.

The Person

• 2-8 years’ PQE finance experience.
• Excellent academics, strong drafting skills, and sound commercial judgment.
• Ambitious, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and jurisdictions.
• Offshore legal experience or familiarity with the offshore financial services sector is desirable but not essential.
