Our finance graduate programme is designed to create a pipeline of future finance leaders. We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious graduates with the ability to adapt, to join the finance team. You will gain exposure to key areas of operational finance and other departments, developing an understanding of our business and how finance partners the wider organisation. This experience will help you appreciate the full build cycle, support functions, and how Taylor Wimpey operates one of the most successful business models in the industry.
The scheme offers the opportunity to develop your career in a FTSE 100 company while training towards your professional finance qualification. You will learn essential skills, attributes, and technical knowledge to succeed as a finance professional. We will support your professional development and enable you to study for either your ACA or ACCA qualification.
Participants will rotate across various Business Units within their division, maximizing exposure to diverse projects and enhancing operational understanding. They will also spend time within our Group Central Function, collaborating with senior team members for mentorship and insights.
Additionally, you will be enrolled in our tailored development scheme, focusing on holistic professional growth, including leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. By the end of the program, you will have a comprehensive understanding of our company’s inner workings and be well-prepared to contribute significantly to Taylor Wimpey.
