Finance Business Partner - Mostly Remote

Are you a fully – or nearly qualified Accountant ready to take ownership of management accounting in a fast-growing organisation? We are looking for a permanent Finance Business Partner to join a growing not-for-profit organisation providing specialist support and services to vulnerable individuals. The organisation has expanded rapidly over the last year and continues to grow, with turnover increasing significantly and ambitious plans for further expansion in the coming years. You will play a key role in supporting the finance team and wider organisation to ensure strong financial performance and informed decision-making.

In this role you will:

  • Produce monthly management accounts, providing detailed analysis of trends and variances while supporting statutory reporting.
  • Partner with budget holders and non-finance colleagues to offer financial insight and guidance.
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models.
  • Critically review and challenge assumptions made by departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee invoicing, monitor cashflow, track key performance indicators, analyse costs, and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Support improvements to reporting processes and contribute to system enhancements.

This role offers a very flexible working pattern, typically 9–5, with the option for compressed hours or occasional remote working.
