Senior Financial Performance Manager - Integration

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a credible senior finance professional with a strong commercial focus to join our team. This is a great time to join us as you will work with a dynamic team supporting a high-impact business integration initiative!

Responsibilities

Within the role you will work alongside 12+ workstreams to identify synergy opportunities, support their execution plan, and track through to realisation. This role requires strategic financial planning and operational efficiency to ensure financial objectives are met while supporting broader corporate goals. You will provide robust financial frameworks to maximise value from the transaction and support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights during the integration.

Qualifications
  • Significant post-qualified experience within financial services with relevant Accountancy or Actuarial qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial management, partnering with business functions through change to deliver material cost savings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience of working in time-pressurised roles with the ability to navigate stakeholders with conflicting priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
