A leading insurance company in Leeds is seeking a finance professional to lead strategic change initiatives within Claims Finance. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the insurance industry, expertise in finance processes, and a strong ability to communicate insights to senior stakeholders. We’re looking for a finance professional with strong insurance and claims experience to lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic change initiatives across Claims Finance to join us on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a role for someone who can spot opportunities for improvement, translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, and work confidently with senior stakeholders.
You’ll lead projects that streamline processes, embed new technologies, and enhance financial insight — ensuring Claims Finance remains at the heart of critical decision making. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Claims and Finance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we manage cost, control indemnity, and respond to market challenges.
Our hybrid model offers a best of both worlds approach. When you\'ll be in the office depends on your role and team, but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office.
