Operations Finance Business Partner | North Wales | 6-65k

What you'll be doing (in reality)

You'll own and partner across the full operational finance agenda, including:

• Costings, production variances and operational performance
• Inventory, overheads and working capital
• Capital investment analysis and decision support
• Budgets, forecasts and longer-term planning
• Translating numbers into clear, practical insight for non-finance leaders
• Driving continuous improvement across processes and ways of working

You’ll work closely with operational teams - challenging constructively, supporting confidently, and helping the business raise standards.
