Excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a growing organisation where finance plays a genuine role in supporting operational decision‑making. Working closely with non‑finance stakeholders, you will provide insight, analysis and challenge to help improve performance, productivity and financial control.

Role Responsibilities
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across assigned business areas.
  • Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support.
  • Produce P&L analysis, variance commentary and performance reporting on a regular basis.
  • Track costs, productivity and key performance drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts.
  • Contribute to the preparation of management reporting and KPI dashboards.
  • Ensure financial data is accurate, well understood and clearly communicated.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in a finance business partnering or commercial finance role, working closely with non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys delving deep into the detail, asking questions and improving business understanding.
  • Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA).
