Overview

A well-established manufacturer based in Birstall is looking for a skilled and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a fully onsite role, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a pivotal role in driving business performance.

Salary and Location

Salary: Up to £45,000

Location: Birstall (fully onsite)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate performance, support strategic decision making, and guide long-term planning.
  • Deliver insightful reporting and variance analysis, identifying key trends and translating findings into actionable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement in management information and reporting frameworks, enhancing visibility of business performance.
  • Provide effective cost centre reporting, enabling budget holders to manage costs effectively.
  • Support the Finance Senior Management Team on key projects, including pricing changes, new product setups, and process/system improvements.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, providing financial guidance to drive efficiency and costs savings.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
  • Excellent financial modelling and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Sage).
  • Commercially focused with proven experience delivering efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
