A creative digital agency in Camden is looking for a talented Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day finance operations. Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a creative agency.
• Proficient in using Xero accounting software.
• Organized and strong with numbers and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send client invoices in Xero.
• Chase late payments.
• Track incoming payments and update internal records.
• Run weekly payment runs.
• Help accountants with bookkeeping queries and month‑end checks.
• Support VAT and payroll administration.
• Reconcile account balances and journal entries.
• Prepare weekly payment lists for approval.
