Responsibilities:
  1. Reconcile and post Own Shops weekly banking and reconciliations.
  2. Liaise with stores and tender providers to investigate discrepancies and escalate when necessary.
  3. Post remittance journals received from Host Stores.
  4. Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayment journals.
  5. Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate differences.
  6. Prepare landlord turnover certificates.
  7. Perform various other ad-hoc duties within the finance department.
The Person:
  1. Previous experience in an accounting environment or an accounting degree.
  2. Motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the business and external suppliers.
