We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Department. You will be responsible for processing and recording all income including rent, service charges and other receipts. The role involves daily bank reconciliations, uploading SAF files from CX to SUN, processing decoration allowances and tenant payments, raising weekly and monthly rent debits, and managing suspense account clearance.
This is a hands‑on role requiring excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to daily deadlines. You will liaise with various departments and external parties including banking and housing benefit providers to ensure efficient income processing and accurate financial records.
