The ideal candidate is a UK qualified solicitor with a passion for the film industry, excellent drafting skills, and proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese. Qualifications

  • UK qualified solicitor with at least first experience, or a para-legal in a law firm/media.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiation of contracts.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property law, especially copyright.

Responsibilities

  • Support Head of Legal with contract negotiation and legal research.
  • Assist Director of Content in legal advice and document management.
  • Manage business affairs in Latin America.
