Job description

Join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you'll play a key role in maintaining HVAC systems by performing inspections and ensuring clean and efficient operations. This hands-on position involves driving a service truck, working at various job sites, and collaborating with a team to provide top-quality service. If you enjoy physical work, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in both indoor and outdoor environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Compensation:

$20-24/hr, DOE

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, OT as needed

Location:

Kent, WA

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive service trucks and make deliveries/pickups as needed.
  2. Install HVAC filters in various air handlers.
  3. Clean up debris and properly dispose of spent filters.
  4. Conduct visual inspections and report deficiencies.
  5. Maintain service truck and tools.
  6. Complete necessary paperwork and ensure customer sign-off.
  7. Work both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  3. Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
  4. Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and at heights.
  5. Experience driving a 16ft box truck.
  6. Basic HVAC knowledge and experience with hand tools.
  7. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders/stairs.
  8. Willingness to travel for occasional out-of-town service jobs.
