ThisField Service Engineerposition supports customers in the Central East region of the UK (e.g., Derby, Nottingham, and Lincoln). You will join a proactive and dedicated team of specialists within Applications, Information Solutions, and Engineering, delivering a whole-solution approach to provide exceptional customer support.

The Opportunity

As part of our team, you will deliver comprehensive technical and operational support for cutting-edge medical diagnostic equipment in a 7-day service model.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementation and Support: Installing, configuring, and maintaining Roche’s diagnostic equipment across NHS/University labs and private service providers.
• Proactive Maintenance: Engaging in planned preventative maintenance, coupled with real-time troubleshooting and repairs to ensure operational excellence.
• Customer Training and Collaboration: Enhancing customer confidence through training sessions and consultative services.
• Reactive and Analytical Support: Contributing through fault diagnosis, technical reviews, and administrative duties to build efficiency and reliability in customer operations.
• Relationship Building: Acting as a Roche Diagnostics ambassador with professionalism and ensuring trust-based, long-term partnerships with customers.
