A leading logistics company in the UK is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join their Network Health team. The role includes diagnosing and repairing parcel locker machines with hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. A hands on field-based role to repair our parcel lockers on client’s sites, task include Break-fix, Maintenance, software configuration, quality control, and providing technical support and training to employees and subcontractors. Actively involved in developing new solutions and maintaining technical documentation.
We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
This role will require occasional training and visits to our office base in Hemel Hempstead and will need to be located near or within the West Midlands / Birmingham area to be considered to focus on covering this patch area.
Please note : working hours for this role are 8.30am - 5.30pm (40 hour working week), Monday - Friday.
