Job Details

This role is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Location : North Wales including Anglesey

Responsibilities
  • Conduct service visits to address reported calls and maintain high standards of professional service support.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.
  • Perform fault diagnosis and implement effective repairs through adjustments, cleaning, or spare parts replacement.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines and service management recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, provide detailed reports on work completed, and ensure acceptance of equipment condition and performance post‑service.
  • Install equipment sold by the company and ensure optimal performance to customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers to maximise equipment efficiency and prevent operational errors.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables effectively to support service operations.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one‑hour lunch break. This role is fully remote at client sites. Attendance at our offices is required periodically for team meetings and training.

  • Experience working as an engineer on MFD printers.
  • Strong IT knowledge with the ability to network devices and set up scanning functions.
  • Ability to provide first‑class customer service with previous customer‑facing experience.
  • Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
  • To be smart and presentable at all times.
  • Willing to undertake training on new product lines, such as laptops and PCs.
