Field Service Engineer - Life Sciences & Pharma Facilities

We are a rapidly growing specialist engineering consultancy delivering testing, validation and compliance for complex laboratories and cleanroom facilities across the UK and Europe. Our clients include leading universities, NHS trusts and global pharmaceutical companies.

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring facilities are compliant, safe and fit for purpose - supporting vital research, manufacturing, and healthcare environments.

What you'll do:
  • Carry out testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and validation of specialist lab and facility systems (ventilation, pressure controls, fumilation, reliability testing).
  • Conduct site surveys, integrity testing, calibration and client training.
  • Deliver accurate documentation and represent the company professionally on client sites.
What we're looking for:
  • Qualified in electrical/mechanical engineering (min. Level 3) or equivalent experience.
  • Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare facilities (HVAC, cleanrooms, biocontainment, LEV systems).
  • Skilled in using test instrumentation (manometers, anemometers, sound/temp meters).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland.
