Your Role:

As a Field Services Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the mobilisation and coordination of field service operations. You’ll ensure that materials, tooling, personnel, and logistics are in place to deliver high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange tooling, equipment, and shipping based on project requirements.
  • Compile workpacks and RAMS for field jobs.
  • Confirm manpower availability and coordinate travel and accommodation.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers for vaccinations and compliance for visas.
  • Manage provision of laptops, phones, and other field service essentials.
  • Conduct customer close-out meetings and submit completion reports.
  • Process timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Support planning and costing of manpower for upcoming jobs.
