Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Specialist with a solid technical and commercial background to manage our local T&L Market and liaise with stakeholders.

The role involves responding to leads, informing customers about new products, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, preparing quotes, and negotiating sales. You will manage installations, product demonstrations, and training sessions while maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, handling customer credit support, monitoring CRM activities and sales KPIs, and conducting annual pricing reviews are key responsibilities. Responsibilities
  • Respond to leads and inform customers about new products

Qualifications
  • Strong individual with a solid technical and commercial background to manage local T&L market and liaise with stakeholders
  • Motivated, adaptable, and able to work with sales, service, engineering, and logistics across global marketing
  • Ideally 5+ years in technical product sales, preferably in industrial measuring technologies; T&L experience is an advantage
  • Preferred experience in industrial automation, data communication, PLCs, and process industries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, effective in teams of all sizes
  • Able to lead projects and collaborate within project teams
  • Experience with product launches, opportunity and competitor analysis, and marketing
  • Sound analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to manage priorities and resources
  • Quick problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making skills with technical aptitude
