Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) | Location: Peterborough | Contract Type: Permanent

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £29,033 and many compelling benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Interact with customers that vary by location, typically including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For

No experience? No problem! We provide full training, plus all the tools and support to get you up to speed. We’re looking for someone who has good collaboration skills, enjoys staying active and thrives in a hands-on role. You would need a UK driving license or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60 minute commute from the location of the role. Essential attributes include:

  • Influencing and negotiation skills, experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies, such as iPhone and iPad, to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and managing multiple tasks effectively.
