Job Description: Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) – Kensington. Location: Kensington. Contract Type: Permanent. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team. This full-time field sales role comes with a salary of £30,616 and many compelling benefits.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities whilst becoming an expert in the soft drinks category. The customers you will be interacting with will vary by location, but typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes. You will focus on promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities.
  • Promote Coca-Cola brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Engage with a variety of customers, including independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
  • Report to a local Field Sales Manager and work as part of an inclusive and vibrant team.
What we look for / Qualifications
  • No experience? No problem. We provide full training, plus tools and support to get you up to speed.
  • UK driving licence or equivalent and eligibility to work in the UK; living within a 60-minute commute from the role location are essential.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; ability to drive positive outcomes with customers and secure sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and use technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
