A leading recruitment agency is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to engage with customers door-to-door. The role offers a starting salary of £25,200, increasing to £28,000, with realistic OTE of over £50,000. Benefits include a company car, private healthcare, and personal development support. Qualifications

  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer sales (door-to-door, events, or promotional work ideal).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
