A major utility company is seeking a Field Performance Manager in Horsham. You will lead a team focused on the safe and compliant operation of wastewater assets while ensuring efficiency and environmental standards. With the rapidly changing environment and all of the complexities this brings, working as an FPM will provide you with a wealth of different activities to sink your teeth into. As a Field performance manager within our Waste Water team, you will be responsible for the performance of safe, compliant and cost efficient operation and maintenance of all assets within a specific geographical area. You will be primarily looking after the efficiency, productivity, standards and quality to ensure compliance, serviceability and optimisation of treatment assets by leading a team of skilled operators and working alongside teams from different departments including your peers, SMT and MEICA. Working alongside external partners and stakeholders and positively maintain working relationships will be key to your success in this role. Your duties would also include:
