Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Achieve sales and distribution targets while ensuring brand equity and best-in-class execution in salons.
  • Build Relationships: Support 90+ existing customers with tailored growth plans and business reviews.
  • Win New Business: Relentlessly seek out and secure new salon partnerships, executing our brand conquest strategy.
  • Leverage Digital Tools: Promote L\'Oréal Partner Shop, Salon Emotion, and other platforms to enhance customer autonomy and engagement.
  • Deliver Education: Partner with our Education teams to create impactful in-salon training plans.
  • Be Data-Driven: Maintain accurate territory data and use insights to forecast turnover and mitigate risks.
