Qualifications

• Experience as an ICT support or field technician.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS.
• Hands-on experience with HikVision and VoIP systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure networking equipment at client sites.
• Provide remote IT support and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate installation documentation and network layouts.
