Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Coordinator
  • Spot checking carers in the community, identifying good practice, and reporting training concerns back to the registered manager
  • Ability to deliver high standards of care
  • Participate in the paid on‑call rota
  • Completing care assessments and writing up Care Plans
  • Building relationships with care staff and service users
  • Assisting the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
  • Assisting the care coordinator with any duties that may be required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Experience as a Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)
