A leading medical technology company is seeking a Product Support Specialist in the South Wales & West Midlands area. The role involves supporting surgical procedures, training healthcare professionals, and managing Stryker products within theatres. Candidates should have at least 2 years of medical or theatre experience and strong communication skills. This position requires 80% travel, primarily in Herefordshire, Worcestershire, and Gloucestershire.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ theatre or medical experience.
• Theatre experience or professional training is preferred.
• Commercial knowledge of theatres and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical customers during surgical procedures.
• Conduct training for healthcare professionals on Stryker products.
• Audit theatre Stryker stock and manage inventory.
