A leading medical technology company in the UK is looking for a Field-Based Applications Specialist to support their Blood Sciences diagnostics solutions. This role involves troubleshooting, customer training, software updates, and product launches while ensuring system effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Applicants should have a degree in Biomedical Science and experience in Blood Sciences. A full UK driving licence is essential for this position, which involves travel to customer sites throughout the UK.
In this role, you will support the Siemens Healthineers range of Blood Sciences laboratory diagnostics solutions. You will be required to troubleshoot and rectify applications issues, train customers, update software, launch new products and ensure that systems operate effectively, driving customer satisfaction and full resolution of queries. This is a Field Based role and requires a high level of willingness and flexibility for travel to customer sites throughout United Kingdom (but in particular Crewe/Stoke-on-Trent & North East Middleborough/Darlington) for which a full UK driving licence is required.
