Qualifications

  • Experience working with young adults with learning disabilities and challenging behavior required.
  • Must drive and be available for flexible shifts.
  • Female position only due to clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized home care, including administering medication and personal care.

  • Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping tasks.

Job description

Must be happy to cover South Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn areas:

Support Worker - providing quality and personalised home care to clients including Administering medication, meal preparation, Personal care (washing, dressing, pressure care), Companionship & promoting independence, Meal preparation & shopping, Housekeeping & running errands, Catheter care & mobility support and Accompanying clients to appointments & social outings

Male position available - Mon to Fri and some odd weekends, must drive and experience with challenging behaviour and autism

Requirements;

  • NVQ Level 2+ in Health and Social Care (not essential)
  • Part time / Full time
  • Days
  • Alternate weekends
  • Female only due to clients needs
  • We are looking for someone who has experience of working with young adults with learning disability and some challenging behaviour.
