Job summary

A leading not-for-profit care provider in Nottingham is seeking a Support Worker to provide personalised care and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. Location : Sherwood, Nottingham

Salary : £13.24 per hour (+£2.50 for overtime shifts)

Hours : Full time, 36 hours per week, Night Shifts (22:00-07:00), Alternate weekends required

About the Role

Fitzroy is a leading not-for-profit provider, specialising in person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs. We are expanding and looking for compassionate, high-energy individuals to join our new team in Sherwood.

You will work with adults who may have learning disabilities, mental health conditions, autism, or physical disabilities, helping them live as independently as possible. You’ll support them to engage in daily activities, develop positive relationships, and enjoy a fulfilling life as part of their rehabilitation.
