A leading social care organization in Scotland is seeking a skilled Support Manager to empower teams in delivering person-centred care. This full-time role requires proven experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and strong leadership capabilities. The Support Manager will oversee teams, ensuring compliance and fostering an inclusive culture. Candidates should hold or be willing to pursue a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care. Benefits include up to £36,000 salary and 33 days annual leave.

We are looking for a skilled and values-driven Support Manager to lead and coach our teams in delivering outstanding, person-centred Support. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the people we support live fulfilling lives with choice, independence, and control.
As the Support Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and performance of several teams within a specific area. Leading teams to maintain an inclusive transparent culture that we are very proud of at Thera (Scotland) alongside robust regulatory, contractual and organisational compliance. The ability to Lead teams to support growth and development is the key to success as is the ability to build trusted relationships with people supported friends and Family, local authorities, Thera Trust central teams and healthcare professionals to drive positive outcomes for the people we support.
