Job summary

A personal care service provider in Newbiggin-by-the-Sea is seeking female Personal Care Assistants for part-time roles at £13.74 per hour. Responsibilities include supporting a lady with physical disabilities in personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. The ideal candidates should be outgoing, honest, and caring, with a desire to support independence. Experience is preferred but training will be provided. Hours currently available and open to job share:

  • Tuesday Night Shift (waking) – 2 carers required
  • Thursday afternoon shift – 2 carers required
  • Friday Night Shift (waking) – 1 carer required
  • Saturday Night Shift (waking) – 1 carer required
  • Sunday afternoon shift – 1 carer required
  • Sunday Night Shift (waking) – 1 carer required
  • Plus overtime/sickness cover/holiday cover
  • Bank shifts available

We are looking for female care assistant to join our small team to support a lady with physical disabilities to live as independent as possible. To support with personal care and dressing, meal preparation and administration of medication.

Experience preferred but training available.

Further Information: An Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure (DBS) will have to be obtained for the successful candidate (at employer’s expense).

Training: Where it is required, such as in Health and Safety matters, practical training and guidance will be arranged and the care worker will be expected to attend.
