A respected charitable organization seeks a full-time Family Support Worker in Ilford. The role involves engaging and supporting families using a trauma-informed approach and working collaboratively with partner organizations to provide effective support services. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in family support or social work, and strong communication skills. This is a permanent position subject to funding.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a passionate and committed team and be an active member of the wider Family Hub Network. Our Family Support team works with partner organisations, local communities, and residents to achieve the best outcomes for children and families within Sandwell.
You will work with a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and relational approach to engage and support families, ensuring each family receives the right support at the right time.
Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for occasional evening and weekend work to meet the needs of the service.

Although this contract is permanent, please note it is subject to funding until 31.03.2026. If funding is not extended, you may face redundancy or TUPE arrangements. The post is due to expire on this date.
