Dudley’s Targeted Early Help Service is growing, and we are looking for an empathetic and committed Family Support Worker to join our team. Based across Dudley’s Family Hubs and Cable Plaza, this role focuses on supporting families with complex needs in the community. You’ll bring compassion, leadership, and strong safeguarding practice to ensure the very best outcomes for children and families.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking, supportive service at the heart of Dudley’s Family First vision. We are committed to staff development, reflective supervision, and building a service where families get the right help, at the right time, from the right people.
