Join our dedicated Early Help team at Dudley’s Family Hubs in a rewarding role supporting children and families in the community. We're looking for a passionate and empathetic Family Support Worker to deliver practical, strengths-based support. You will be required to work across the 5 Family Hubs listed below:

Brierley Hill Family Hub

Dudley Family Hub

Coseley Family Hub

Halesowen Family Hub

Stourbridge Family Hub

As a Family Support Worker, You Will

  • Provide direct support to children, young people, and families, tailored to individual needs.
  • Build positive relationships to empower families and promote improved outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, agencies, and community groups to deliver integrated early help.
  • Support the development and delivery of workshops, parenting programmes, and community-based activities.
  • Help families navigate services and access timely support through the Dudley Early Help Strategy.
  • Uphold safeguarding responsibilities across all aspects of your work.
  • Contribute to service development and ensure quality support aligned with the continuum of need.
