Family Solicitor
A privately owned law firm with offices in strategic locations has an immediate requirement for a Family Solicitor to join their Family department to work upon privately funded Family cases in their Oxfordshire office.
The work is often varied and of high quality provided by people with businesses, landed estates, farms, trusts or London based requiring advice and action related to divorce, separation, civil partnerships, co-habitation, financial settlements, pre-nuptials, financial agreements and advocacy.
The role reports to one of the Partners in the team and would suit a pragmatic lawyer with empathy for difficult family situations involving private children needs too. Experience in dealing with financial dispute matters to achieve settlements including high salary, pension, shares and business assets is essential.
