Leading London law firm with a strong track record of retaining top talent is seeking a Family Paralegal on an initial 6 or 12 month fixed-term contract. This award-winning Family department covers a wide variety of Family work, including financial matters and acting for UHNW / HNW clients.

  • Salary to £32,000 + a variety of excellent employee benefits
  • 6 or 12 month fixed-term contract
  • 09:30-17:30 working hours
  • Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days remote
  • Central London
Family Paralegal (FTC) Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist fee earners with a broad range of family matters, including children and financial matters, and matters involving HNW / UHNW clients.
  • Prepare, draft, and format court bundles, chronologies, and disclosure lists for litigation, mediations, private FDRs, and arbitrations.
  • Conduct legal research as required.
  • Manage day to day file administration including correspondence with clients, counsel, experts, and third parties.
  • Support the preparation and organisation of evidence for complex hearings, settlement meetings, and mediations.
  • Coordinate meetings, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court timetables and procedural requirements.
