Job Overview

Oplu is seeking a polished, discreet, and highly capable Family Office Manager to oversee UHNW property management, luxury lifestyle services, and concierge operations for a prestigious Single-Family Office in central London.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong management experience, a proven track record in private households or family offices, and the gravitas to represent UHNW Principals with confidence and diplomacy. The position blends estate management, lifestyle coordination, and high-level concierge services, offering a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the UHNW world in London.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6–8 years’ experience in family offices, UHNW households, luxury hospitality, or estate management.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing small teams and projects.
  • British or UK-based professional with a refined understanding of UHNW expectations, discretion, and protocol.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with UHNW Principals, private staff, and external partners.
  • Strong knowledge of London’s luxury service providers, cultural scene, and lifestyle landscape.
  • Military, private household management, or luxury concierge background highly desirable.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage out-of-hours duties when required.
  • Impeccable integrity, loyalty, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure UHNW environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior on-site representative for the Family Office, liaising directly with UHNW Principals and advisors.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, instilling a culture of excellence, loyalty, and service at the highest level.
  • Oversee prime London property portfolios, ensuring maintenance, security, tenancy management, and readiness of residences at all times.
  • Deliver a wide range of luxury lifestyle and concierge services, including international travel arrangements, chauffeur and transport coordination, fine dining reservations, personal shopping, and high-profile event planning (Ascot, Wimbledon, Summer Season).
  • Manage trusted relationships with household staff, estate teams, contractors, and luxury service providers, ensuring smooth operations across properties and lifestyle services.
  • Ensure confidentiality, security, and discretion are upheld across all matters within the Family Office.
  • Anticipate needs and resolve challenges with foresight, resourcefulness, and polished problem-solving.
  • Represent the Principals in London with professionalism and cultural awareness, maintaining their reputation in both social and business contexts.
