Job summary

A legal firm in Ballymena is looking for a capable and confident Solicitor with approximately 5 years PQE to join their expanding Family and Matrimonial department. The ideal candidate will handle various family law issues and should have experience in drafting proceedings and court advocacy. Membership of relevant panels is a plus, and hybrid working is permissible. Competitive salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years PQE as a Solicitor.
• Experience in family law including FPC, DPC, Family Care Centre, and High Court.
• Membership of Children Order and NIGALA panels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Draft proceedings and legal documents.
• Instruct experts and apply for legal aid.
• Participate in advocacy in court proceedings.
